Asset Based Finance

Small and medium-sized businesses sometimes use their sales ledgers as a source of finance by factoring their invoices. In effect, a factoring company buys the business' invoices at a discount, in return for immediate payment and then collects the full amount from the customer. This can be a useful tool for generating immediate cash-flow, although it should be used with care. We have relationships with many of the providers of factoring services and can advise clients which are the most appropriate and help them prepare a business proposal.

Businesses can also use their stocks and physical assets as the basis of a financial arrangement and again we can help clients negotiate funding with appropriate lenders.
